We provide athletic and fitness training programs and related services. Program descriptions, schedules, and pricing are shown on the Site and may change.

2. Bookings & Payments

Purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are set by us and shown before checkout. By purchasing, you authorize the charge for the selected program.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases and is incorporated by reference.

4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver

Physical training involves inherent risks. Participation requires agreement to our Assumption of Risk, Waiver, and Release of Liability. If registering a minor, you affirm you are the parent or legal guardian with authority to accept these terms on the minor's behalf.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Site, or submit false information.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content (logos, text, images, branding) is owned by Called to Compete LLC and may not be used without permission.
